Newsletter and Mailchimp
When you consent to receive FHQ News, your email and, when provided, your first and last names are sent to Mailchimp to manage subscriptions, delivery, and unsubscribes. You may withdraw consent at any time using the link in each email.
Retention
Newsletter consent records and synchronization status are stored in Firebase. Mailchimp remains the source of truth for subscription status. Other retention periods will be specified according to the tools selected.
Individual rights
Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information where applicable law provides for it.
